Shipping policy

RedMoon Uses its own shipping logistics unless otherwise specified if the orders are placed directly with us. It is the responsibility to check if the items delivered are in desirable condition in front of the delivery partner, any claims later on will not be entertained.

If another platform or aggregator is used for ordering, the shipping is under their perview and redmoon will not be responsible if there are any damages on the way
